Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and self-driven Backend Developer (SDE II) to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable backend systems, enjoys solving complex problems, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in designing and implementing core services and features that power our platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and maintainable backend services using Golang and Node.js .
• Architect and implement microservices using Docker and Kubernetes .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop features and improve system performance.
• Apply computer vision techniques to real-world problems, optimizing backend processing pipelines.
• Contribute to infrastructure design and ensure seamless deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Follow best practices in version control using Git , including branching, merging, and code review workflows.
• Monitor, debug, and enhance the performance of backend services in production.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in Golang and Node.js .
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
• Solid understanding of computer vision algorithms and applications.
• Proven experience in designing scalable backend architectures.
• Proficiency with Git and effective branching strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins , GitLab CI/CD , or CircleCI .
• Sound understanding of microservices architecture .
