Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to support critical development initiatives and meet stringent project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in backend development, API integration, and database management, with the ability to contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support application functionality
• Manage and optimize databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and security
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve backend-related issues efficiently
• Enhance existing systems through performance tuning and code optimization
• Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1–2 years of professional experience in backend development
• Proficiency in backend frameworks and technologies (as applicable)
• Hands-on experience in API development and integration
• Strong experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of server-side architecture and application workflows
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
