Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should be strong in server-side logic, database management, and API development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Build scalable and high-performance server-side applications
• Integrate databases, third-party services, and frontend components
• Ensure security, performance, and data protection
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in backend development
• Strong knowledge of Node.js / Java / Python / PHP (any one or more)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Understanding of system design and scalability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
