About the Role

We’re looking for a GoLang Backend Developer to join our core team and help architect and build a secure, scalable, and high-performance backend to power our web and mobile applications.

You’ll be responsible for designing APIs, managing data flow, integrating external services (Google Meet, Calendar, Payments), and ensuring our system runs efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities

●_ Backend Architecture & API Development _– Design, develop, and maintain scalable, modular RESTful APIs in Go (Golang) to support user management, bookings, payments, and notifications.

●_ Database & Performance Optimization_ – Build and maintain relational data models using PostgreSQL, optimize database queries, implement caching and background jobs using Redis or message queues.

● Integration & Automation – Integrate Google APIs (OAuth 2.0, Calendar, Meet) for scheduling, and payment gateways (Razorpay / Stripe) with proper webhook handling.

● DevOps & Deployment – Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments (AWS / GCP) ensuring high availability and scalability.

● Code Quality & Compliance – Write clean, testable, and well-documented Go code, ensure data privacy, and maintain compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA/GDPR) while collaborating closely with frontend and mobile teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● GoLang Expertise – 1–5 years of backend development experience with a strong grasp of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels), error handling, and web frameworks like Gin,Echo, or Fiber.

● Database & Data Handling – Proficient in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs such as GORM or Ent, with hands-on experience in query optimization and schema design.

●API & Integration Skills – Skilled in designing RESTful APIs and microservices, documenting with Swagger/OpenAPI, and integrating OAuth2, JWT, Google APIs, and payment gateways with webhook handling.

●DevOps & Infrastructure – Experienced with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, caching, message queues, and background job processing, ensuring efficient and reliable backend systems.

● Cloud & Problem-Solving – Strong understanding of AWS/GCP deployments and monitoring, with excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving capabilities.

● Other Skills– Experience with GenAI, GraphQL or gRPC APIs, Redis/Kafka/RabbitMQ, HIPAA/GDPR-compliant systems, Kubernetes/Terraform/infrastructure automation, or contributions to open-source Go projects and the Go community.
