Backend Developer (Nest.js)

Role: Senior Backend Engineer (Nest.js)

Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Nest.js and scalable API architectures. You will lead the design of robust services, ensure code quality, and optimize performance for production workloads.

Core Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement REST APIs with Nest.js and TypeScript.
• Design database models and integrations (PostgreSQL, Prisma, Redis, etc.).
• Implement authentication, authorization, and rate-limiting strategies.
• Maintain CI/CD workflows, testing, and monitoring pipelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure seamless deployment on AWS or similar platforms.

Requirements:

• 7+ years backend experience, including 3+ with Nest.js.
• Expert-level TypeScript skills.
• Proven track record building production APIs at scale.
• Strong testing mindset and documentation discipline (OpenAPI/Swagger).
• Excellent Git, branch strategy, and PM tool usage.
