Backend Developer (Python +AI/ML)

SoftProdigy is seeking a versatile Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and data pipelines. You will work on a mix of projects including internal tools, data-driven solutions, and AI/ML integrations.

• Develop and maintain robust Python backend applications using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.·
• Design and implement APIs, microservices, and serverless functions to integrate with external systems and data sources.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows using libraries such as Pandas, Polars, NumPy.
• Configure and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) using best practices and infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and ML teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Prepare documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specs, and deployment guides.
