We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer (Python + Odoo) with 25 years of experience in Odoo module development and customization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing ERP solutions, developing backend logic, and integrating third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Build new features and enhance existing functionalities using Python and the Odoo framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, frontend developers, and QA) to gather and analyze requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and services using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.
• Deploy and configure Odoo solutions in production environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for features and Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Odoo development (v12 or later).
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and module architecture.
• Experience with API development and integration (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with React.js for frontend integration is a plus.
• Proficient with Git or other version control tools.
