Backend Developer & System Administration

Bluconnet Private Limited is currently seeking a skilled Backend Developer & System Administrator to manage server-side application development and ensure the stability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems while also maintaining servers, networks, and system operations. and maintaining websites.

Job Location: Metropolitan, Bypass Dhaba, Kolkata

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Based on Last In-hand Salary)

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities :Backend Development

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs

· Integrate databases, third-party APIs, and internal services

· Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend-related issues

· Collaborate with frontend developers and other teams for seamless integration

System Administration

· Integrate Platform like (Affise, Offer 18 , Campaign Monitor, wordpress, Mailchimp & Shopify)

· Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery plans

· Monitor server performance, uptime, and logs

· Troubleshoot system failures and minimize downtime

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· Proven experience as a Backend Developer and/or System Administrator

· Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Python, PHP, or Java

· Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar)

· Solid understanding of server administration & AI tools

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
