🎯  What you’ll do

•  Develop, optimize, and maintain backend microservices using Kotlin (preferred) or Java 12+.

•  Gain hands-on experience with the full backend SDLC on AWS (from development to deployment and operations).

•  Develop and Integrate AI Agents along with our AI Team.

•  Implement and extend APIs with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and relational data structures.

•  Build secure, high-performing services running on cloud environments.

•  Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, scalable features.

•  Take ownership of documentation, code quality, and testing.

💡  What makes you a great fit

•  Proven experience: 2–5 years in a professional backend engineering role , preferably in established companies or impactful projects where you’ve had real responsibility and measurable outcomes.

•  Strong hands-on knowledge of Kotlin (preferred) or Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and Gradle/Maven.

•  Understanding of microservice architecture and cloud services.

•  Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

•  Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, international team.

•  English proficiency (written and spoken).

•  Unit testing and API tests (JUnit).

•  OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.

•  Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues.

•  History/audit log implementations.

•  Deployments to cloud environments.
