Backend Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Backend Full Stack Developer strong experience in Node.js (backend) , AWS/Azure/GCP (cloud) (frontend), and PostgreSQL (database). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and have hands-on experience delivering robust, clean, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Node.js

• Create and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and optimizations

• Integrate RESTful APIs and external services

• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable codeRequired

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in full stack web development

• Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including indexing and performance tuning

• Familiarity with REST APIs and authentication (OAuth, JWT)

• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows

• Solid understanding of MVC/MVVM architecture and software design patterns

• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or any cloud platform

• Knowledge of WebSockets or real-time application development, Kafka, RabbitMq

• Familiarity with microservices architecture

• Unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, etc.)
