Backend Laravel Developer

Swishtag is looking for Backend Laravel Developer with hands-on experience in e-commerce development, particularly in Shopify integrations and customizations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain reliable, scalable e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain E-commerce Solutions and applications using Laravel.
• Implement custom Shopify integrations and APIs, enabling seamless functionality and data flow between Laravel and Shopify.
• Design and manage the application’s backend architecture, database design, and server management.
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless user experience and high-quality performance.
• Enhance the performance of e-commerce websites by implementing efficient coding practices, caching strategies, and database optimization.
• Continuously research and implement new technologies that can enhance e-commerce and Shopify functionalities within Laravel.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in Laravel development, preferably with e-commerce or Shopify-related projects.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, APIs, and integration best practices.
• Experience working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including Shopify APIs.
• Proficient in MySQL or other relational databases, with knowledge of optimization techniques for high-traffic environments.
• Experience using Git for version control and team collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams such as designers, project managers, and frontend developers.
