Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, confident, and capable of resolving queries while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or calls in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
  • Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Ability to handle multiple chats or calls simultaneously
  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Ability to work in shifts (if required)

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
