Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Backhoe Loader / Excavator / JCB Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong operating skills, good safety awareness, and hands-on experience in construction or earthmoving activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Backhoe Loader, Excavator, and JCB equipment safely and efficiently for construction and earthmoving tasks.
• Perform digging, leveling, trenching, loading, and excavation work as instructed.
• Conduct daily inspection and basic maintenance of machinery.
• Follow all site safety guidelines, company policies, and operator procedures.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to complete tasks on time.
• Report any mechanical issues, hazards, or delays immediately.
• Ensure proper handling and care of equipment at all times.
• Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating Backhoe Loader, Excavator, and JCB machines.
• Valid UAE heavy equipment operator license or certification .
• Strong knowledge of safe operating practices and site safety rules.
• Ability to read and follow instructions from supervisors or site engineers.
• Physically fit and capable of working in various site conditions.
• Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused.
