Backhoe Operator – Demolition Work

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Backhoe Operator to join our demolition team. If you have experience operating heavy equipment and take pride in safe, efficient work, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate backhoes and other heavy machinery for demolition projects
• Perform site preparation, excavation, and material removal
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Work closely with crew members to complete jobs on schedule

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating a backhoe (demolition experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Strong understanding of safety practices and job site awareness
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
