We are hiring a Backlink Manager & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our international SEO team.
In this role, you will manage link-building operations, influencer collaborations, and digital PR outreach to strengthen the authority and visibility of our global brands.

Responsibilities

* Develop and manage high-quality backlink strategies

* Identify and evaluate authority websites for link placements

* Run outreach campaigns with bloggers, influencers, journalists, and media portals

* Build long-term partnerships with influencers and content creators

* Analyze competitors’ backlink profiles and discover new opportunities

* Coordinate with the content team for guest posts and PR articles

* Track link KPIs, evaluate DR/DA, and ensure link quality

* Prepare weekly reports and contribute to overall SEO growth

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in backlink management or influencer outreach

* Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and link quality metrics

* Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, BuzzSumo, HARO, SimilarWeb, or similar tools

* Ability to negotiate link deals and manage outreach budgets

* Strong communication and English writing skills

* Detail-oriented, well-organized, KPI-focused

* Ability to manage multiple outreach pipelines in parallel

Preferred Skills

* Experience in medical tourism, health, or international service sectors

* Experience with Instagram/TikTok influencer collaborations

* Understanding of digital PR and authority-building strategies

* Experience using outreach automation tools (Pitchbox, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)
