Backoffice Specialist – Content & Inventory

Job Summary

The Backoffice Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all vehicle listings on ElTawkeel.com, including specifications, trims, pricing, availability, and stock updates in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and update vehicle listings with complete specifications.

• Maintain accurate pricing, trims, colors, and delivery timelines.

• Remove unavailable vehicles promptly.

• Maintain updated stock tracker.

• Coordinate with suppliers on availability of vehicles.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure zero spec mismatch.


KPIs

• Listing Accuracy Rate

• Inventory Update Turnaround Time

• Zero Spec Mismatch Incidents

• Stock Visibility Accuracy

• Reduction in drop-offs due to inaccurate data


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 2+ years experience in Backoffice Operations or Content Management.

• Automotive industry experience preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Experience with CMS systems and internal dashboards.
