Backstage Manager

We are seeking a reliable and organized Backstage Manager for our upcoming children’s dance recital, “Snowfall.” This is a temporary role ideal for someone with experience in stage management, theater, or dance productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend theater rehearsals on 12/9 Tuesday (4:45pm -8:30pm), 12/11 Thursday (4:45pm -8:30pm), and 12/13 Saturday (9:30am -5:00pm) and 12/14 Sunday-performance day (11:30am -6:00pm).

• Oversee the backstage area and coordinate quick changes and logistics to ensure a organized, smooth, and successful backstage area for performance day (Sunday).

• Ensure all young performers are supported and ready for their cues.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role (stage management, theater tech, or dance production).

• Ability to multitask and work calmly in a lively environment with children.

• Must be available for all specified dates and times
