Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Sharjah for a Badminton Head Coach. The role involves planning and conducting engaging and effective training sessions for players of every age group. Responsibilities include developing tailored training programs, monitoring player progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The coach will also oversee mentoring assistant coaches, organizing tournaments, and representing the academy at events while fostering a positive and inclusive athletic culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in playing and coaching competitive badminton
• Proficiency in developing training schedules, techniques, and strategies
• Strong communication, mentorship, and leadership skills
• Committed to fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive learning environment
• Relevant coaching certifications and a deep understanding of badminton regulations and techniques
• Badminton-related certification and knowledge of player safety and injury prevention are a must.
• Organizational skills for planning tournaments, events, and managing schedules
