Job Summary:

Responsible for providing baked goods from scratch and from prepared mixes, following recipes and food safety standards. You will work closely with the Bakery Head and team to prepare fresh breads, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items on time, while maintaining hygiene, accuracy, and presentation quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Support with customer inquiries or requests at the bakery counter if needed.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate daily production schedules
  • Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pastries, and other bakery products according to recipes and production plans.
  • Monitor ovens, proofers, and other equipment for proper temperature and baking times. Measure, mix, and knead doughs and batters accurately, ensuring product consistency. Maintain cleanliness and food safety across all workstations and equipment's.
  • Monitor product freshness, manage shelf life, and rotate stock (FIFO).
  • Follow all HACCP and store food safety procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in Baking or Pastry is an advantage.
  • Proven Experience as a baker or similar role
  • Physical ability to handle baking products and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,025.00 per month
