Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all bakery operations, including production, quality control, and team management.
  • Develop seasonal menus, recipes, and specialty products to drive revenue and brand differentiation.
  • Manage food costs, labor, and inventory to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP, food safety, and local regulations.
  • Mentor junior bakers and maintain consistent standards across all products.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in pastry/bakery operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in artisanal techniques (laminating, sourdough, decorative pastry).
  • Proven ability to scale production while maintaining excellence.
  • Strong business acumen (P&L, vendor negotiations, waste reduction).Food safety certification (mandatory or can obtain one).
