Position Overview
HoneyMe Bakery & Tea is seeking a reliable Baker or Baker Assistant to join our team. You will focus on producing traditional Asian breads, with opportunities to grow into pastry and dessert production. We welcome both experienced bakers and motivated assistants—training provided by our lead baker.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and bake cake and bread according to recipes
• Assist in daily production, packaging, and maintaining product quality
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe
• Support new product development and seasonal items
• Work closely with our lead baker and follow daily schedules

Qualifications

• Previous baking experience preferred, but training available for motivated assistants
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work early morning shifts and full-time schedule (8 hours/day)
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay range: $18.55 – $24/hour (depending on experience)
• Part time position (4 - 6 hours/day)
• Growth opportunities: independent baker role & higher pay with experience
