Baker/Barista

Job Summary:

As a Baker Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and beverages while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Baking:
• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Ensure all products are fresh and meet quality standards.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency in flavor and presentation.
• Barista Duties:
• Operate coffee machines and prepare a range of coffee and tea beverages.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and handling payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and baking area.
• Inventory Management:
• Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Help with ordering and receiving deliveries as needed.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in training new staff members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in baking and/or as a barista preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
