Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
• Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as baking, cake decorating, and food assembly to ensure quality presentation
• Package baked goods and other food items carefully to maintain freshness and appeal
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, food prep areas, and display cases
• Follow food safety protocols diligently during all stages of food handling and preparation
• Support kitchen operations by assisting with basic cooking tasks, knife skills, and catering setup when needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in food industry roles such as bakery, catering, or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedure
• Ability to perform food preparation tasks, packaging, cashier and baking
• Kitchen experience involving food production and culinary techniques is desirable
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and efficiency
