The Rooster Food & Drink is looking for an Experienced Baker/Pastry Chef, Team Player with at least 5 Yrs of High-Volume Experience for an upscale breakfast, lunch and Dinner Concept. We are a scratch kitchen So. Please have experience in cakes, baking and decorating, pies, crusts, ice cream, higher end desserts, and of course BISCUITS!! No mixes… old School. Yes I’m willing to learn too, I’m not a baker or pastry Chef I just know how I was taught by the old guard…You will most likely lead a small team in the biscuit room! Lol. We Close Thanksgiving & Christmas Day. We also close at least one week During September. ***Must Love Great Food*** Must have a great can do attitude toward all list of running, opening and closing duties and the ability to multi- task, work well with our Team & Management *** and Hustle in a very fast-paced environment and small space/restaurant.

We are a Very Busy Little Restaurant, Chef Owned/ Scratch Kitchen. Recently Featured on DDD with Guy Fieri; We are not your average little Breakfast / Lunch Spot we are very popular for our Amazing Unique Food that you can be proud to serve. We typically stay busy throughout the year and this position is NOT SEASONAL.
