Bakery Assistant

We are looking for a Bakery Assistant to support our bakery operations. The successful candidate will assist in preparing bakery products, maintaining cleanliness, organizing ingredients, packaging finished products, and ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist bakers in preparing bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products.
• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Mix, shape, and prepare dough under the supervision of the baker.
• Package, label, and display bakery products.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a bakery, pastry shop, café, or food production environment.
• Basic knowledge of bakery products and food preparation.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
