Bakery Cafe Associate

Great Harvest Bakery & Café is looking for someone who is mature, happy, honest, friendly, organized, hard-working, detail-oriented, super clean and a lot of fun. We have one front of house/counter sales position available where you'll join our team serving Burlington's kindest customers, preparing delicious handmade sandwiches, paninis, fresh salads, coffee, tea, and helping them navigate our wonderful selection of delicious freshly baked breads and goodies. Those with food service and/or hospitality experience are preferred but experience is not required.

You're encouraged to apply if you have:

• excellent customer service, communication and teamwork skills,
• an appreciation for phenomenal freshly baked breads and goodies,
• experience preparing and serving food using food safety best practices,
• the ability to get along with all sorts, and
• a strong eye for detail.

Availability Saturdays and during the week from approximately 9:00am - 5:30pm for a minimum of four days per week is required (candidates with availabilityfor five days are preferred). If you are unavailable to join us for a minimum of four days per week from 9:00am - 5:30pm, this is not the right position for you.

This is not a seasonal job. The ideal candidate will be someone who will stay with us through the spring, summer, and beyond.
