Bakery / Cafe Server at Tarrytown LLC - The Bakehouse

The Bakehouse is a retail bakery/cafe producing everything in-house, from scratch, and on demand using only quality ingredients

LOCATION

2 Depot Plaza, Tarrytown, NY 10591 (inside the Tarrytown train station)

POSITION

This is NOT a summer job!

We are seeking a permanent / very dependable OVER THE COUNTER SERVER with barista experience preferred

COMPENSATION

$17.00 per hour + tips (amounts to $22-25+ per hour depending on a number of variables)

SCHEDULE

Every Sunday from 7:30am to 3:30pm – includes holidays

Availability to cover other shifts throughout the week welcome

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Must be hardworking (with a sense of urgency), dependable and accountable

Taking on tasks to keep the bakery running smoothly and beautifully, including but not limited to inventory management, cleaning, clearing and washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, restocking, and organizing storage areas

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
