Bakery Helper

Summary

We are looking for a Bakery Helper to assist in the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will support the bakers in preparing, baking, and packaging various baked goods.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist bakers in preparing ingredients for baking, such as measuring flour, sugar, and other necessary items.
• Help in mixing and kneading dough for bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Monitor the oven and baking times to ensure that products are baked correctly.
• Package and label baked goods for display and sale.
• Clean and maintain baking equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in a bakery or food preparation environment is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Physical endurance to stand for long periods and lift heavy baking equipment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
