Bakery/ Market Sales Assistant

Bakery Sales Assistant for our all-scratch, locally sourcing kitchen. Mornings weekdays: Thursday- Friday 7 am, Weekends 6am. Help us sell our baked goods at local Farmers' Markets, and in our Bethlehem Storefront location!

Perfect candidate is positive and local, able to interact with customers while preforming duties with confidence & efficiency. Morning storefront set-up and sales, light inventory tracking, and basic storefront cleaning in the Shop, and Market "storefront" set-up with sales, and market break-down at local Lehigh Valley Sites: Easton, Emmaus.

Excellent weekend job for Teachers or energetic adults who appreciate the local community. Ability to spend up to 7 hours standing/walking. Must be very positive. Basic Math skills required.

Previous FOH/BOH and sales/service experience is beneficial. 20-25 hours a week.
