Bakery Packer/ Driver Supervisor

Reports To: Commissary Manager

World Famous Randy’s Donuts is seeking a Bakery Packer and Driver Supervisor to support our rapidly growing international brand. The ideal candidate would have experience managing a team of up to 10 pickers/packers and drivers in a fast-paced food production facility. As a valued and reliable member of our production and distribution leadership team, they would demonstrate great attention to detail and accuracy, possess strong communication skills with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. All work will originate from our Inglewood production facility with deliveries into neighboring cities. Position Requirements

o 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

o Packing warehouse experience. Food industry preferred but not required.

o Valid driver's license with minimum 3 years as a licensed driver and clean record.

o Previous delivery or driving experience in a 16ft. box truck.

o Ability to communicate in English. Bilingual preferred but not required.

o Have or obtain a CA food handler card required by local regulations (company paid).

o Ability to work late nights and weekends.

o Ability to stand for long periods of time.

o Must be able to lift, push, bend and carry items up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.

o Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

o Reliable.

o Must have the ability to communicate with others in a courteous and helpful manner.

o Required to adhere to all health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

o Oversees all functions of the packing and driver team.

o Ensure production PAR sheets are followed and items are accurately separated onto designated location racks for distribution.

o Ensure all deliveries leave on time.

o Attention to detail for long periods of time to ensure the orders are packed correctly.

o Safely operate company vehicle to pick up, transport and deliver product.

o Adheres to traffic laws, company safety policies and delivery routes/schedules.

o Inspects and maintains vehicle cleanliness and reports any mechanical issues.

o Reports any product issues to the manager.
