Bakery Production Line Staff

Overview: Seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as production line workers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production of high-quality vegan baked goods. As a member of our production team, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the plant by performing various tasks on the production line.

Responsibilities:

· Work on the production line to assemble, process, and package baked goods according to company standards.

· Follow all specified instructions for the manufacture of each product and record lot codes, temperatures, weights, times as required.

· Operate machinery and equipment involved in the baking process, ensuring efficiency and safety.

· Monitor product quality at various stages of the production process.

· Report any deviations from quality standards and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

· Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

· Participate in routine cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance.

· Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.

· Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

· Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

· 3-6 months experience in a bakery or food production environment.

· Ability to read and write in English and to follow written directions, formulas, and process instructions.

· Must follow all food safety protocols

· Ability to stand on feet all day

· Ability lift/push/pull up to 50lbs

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards

· Team player

Job Type: Full-time
