Now Hiring: Bakeshop Assistant / Front Cashier / Server (Part-Time)

The Spoon is a contemporary dessert shop looking for a passionate and enthusiastic team member to join our bakeshop operations.

We are seeking candidates who are capable of working both front of house and back of house. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn multiple aspects of the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving drinks to customers
• Taking orders and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with food, dessert, and drink production
• Supporting the Bakeshop Chef and Store Management Team
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in both front and back of house

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in both front and back of house
• Willingness to learn drink-making and food production
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Not currently hiring high school students for this position
