Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baking Chef/Trainer to join our institute. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in baking and the ability to train students professionally in a classroom and practical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical baking classes for students.
• Prepare and teach all types of bakery items including pizza, bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods.
• Create lesson plans, practical sessions, and training modules.
• Ensure all classes are conducted professionally, maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Guide and evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage baking lab equipment, inventory, and materials.
• Support institute events, workshops, and assessments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Baking Chef or Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of pizza, bread-making, and all types of bakery products.
• Must be fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Must be able to join immediately.
