Bakım Süpervizörü

Your main responsibilities

Ekibini en verimli şekilde yönetmek üzere servis aracı, teknisyen rota ve iş planlarını optimize etmek,
Ekibinin teknik ve kişisel gelişimini sağlamak üzere en uygun eğitim planlarını yapmak ve sertifikasyon sürecine destek olmak,
Her bir ekip üyesinin güvenliğinden emin olmak üzere rutin güvenlik denetimleri yapmak, gerekli koruyucu ekipman, araç ve gereç ihtiyaçlarını tespit edip çalışana teslim etmek,
Proje yönetimi yaparak, yönetsel ve finansal bakış açısı ile süreç yönetmek,
Müşteri memnuniyeti hedefleri doğrultusunda rutin ziyaretler yaparak olası talepleri karşılamak,
Ürün güvenliği & kalite aksiyonları ve takibi,
Tamirat işlerinin eksiksiz devir teslimi,
Yıllık fenni muayene süreçlerinin takibi.

What you bring

Üniversitelerin Mühendislik bölümlerinden mezun,
Tercihen asansör sektörü veya ulaşım projelerinde (metro projeleri) en az 3 yıl deneyim sahibi,
Müşteri ve ekip yönetimi konusunda deneyimli,
Tercihen iyi derecede İngilizce bilen,
Ekip çalışmasına yatkın ve müşteri odaklı.
