Baler Operator - 1st Shift

1st shift Baler Operator needed for a leading provider of transport packaging materials in Findlay! Your primary responsibility would be to control and maintain industrial balers used for processing recyclable materials like cardboard and plastics.

Shift:

• 1st shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM, $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring the baling equipment.
• Performing basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs on the balers.
• Ensuring the balers are properly fed with material using a forklift, skid steer, or other heavy equipment.
• Inspecting finished bales to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Keeping the work area clean and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
• Producing and logging daily production reports.
