Duties

• Design and implement comprehensive ballet curricula tailored to various age groups and skill levels, incorporating fundamental techniques and artistic expression
• Lead lively, well-structured classes that motivate students to improve their dancing skills and build confidence
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students
• Provide personalized feedback and tutoring to help students progress in their technique and performance skills
• Organize rehearsals for performances or showcases, guiding students through choreography and stage presence
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, or adult learners to discuss progress, goals, and areas for development
• Incorporate elements of theater, costume design, or photography into class projects to enrich the learning experience when appropriate

Requirements

• Proven experience in teaching or taking ballet dance classes with a strong background in ballet techniques
• Classroom management skills to maintain an engaging yet disciplined learning environment
• Experience working with young children, pre-teens, and adolescent learners in educational or recreational settings
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and other organizations
