Duties

• Safely load, unload, and transport balloon decorations and event supplies using a delivery van or similar vehicle.
• Deliver balloon arrangements to clients’ locations promptly while maintaining the integrity of delicate displays.
• Set up event spaces by assembling balloon arches, bouquets, backdrops, and other decorative elements according to client specifications.
• Ensure all deliveries and setups are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with safety standards.
• Perform heavy lifting and moving of equipment such as hedge walls, marquee letters, pipe and drape and bases for arches.
• Communicate professionally with clients to confirm delivery details and address any special requests or instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, ensuring supplies are stored properly for efficient access.
• Ability to perform basic inventory

Requirements

• Preferred experience in delivery driving or event setup roles involving route driving and customer interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; preferred experience operating a van.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to moving balloons, decorations, and equipment, weights can be as much as 50lbs.
• Ability to tie balloons.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable navigating routes efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
