High-Producing Dance Instructor (Immediate Start) Wanted

Overview
We are seeking a passionate Ballroom and Latin Instructors to join our dynamic dance education team. This role involves teaching a diverse range of students, from children to adults, in a supportive and engaging environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance, curriculum development, and students management, with the ability to inspire students of all ages and skill levels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to share your expertise in ballroom and Latin dance while fostering a love for movement and performance.

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven dance instructor to join an established, high-end dance studio in Naples, Florida. This position is NOT for beginners and NOT for instructors who are uncomfortable with sales. Will consider beginners who ambitious and goal - oriented, will train and help to succeed.

What You Will Be Doing

• Teaching private lessons to existing and new students
• Working with clients who are already invested in their progress
• Recommending lesson packages based on client goals
• Maintaining high professional and service standards

Lesson availability and schedule growth are based on results, consistency, and client demand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to various age groups and skill levels, incorporating curriculum development best practices.
• Teach ballroom and Latin dance techniques, focusing on proper form, timing, and expression.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment that promotes participation and confidence.
• Provide tutoring and personalized feedback to help students improve their technique and performance.
• Organize and lead dance classes, workshops, and performances for children, teens, and adults.
• Incorporate creative elements such as photography or theater techniques to enhance student engagement.
• Support students’ overall development by integrating elements of childhood development, behavior management, and early childhood education principles when working with younger learners.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Foster a safe, inclusive space that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
• Participate in showcases, studio parties, cruises, Pro/Am competitions.
