Position Overview

Skin Heal Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and dedicated Assistant Doctor (Ayurveda – BAMS) who can also handle basic office administration tasks. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, organized, and willing to support both clinical and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultation & Care

· Conduct detailed patient consultations and assessments

· Prepare and explain personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans

· Diagnose and manage common health conditions using Ayurvedic principles

Treatment & Therapies

· Provide Ayurvedic treatments including Panchakarma therapies

· Prescribe and manage herbal medicines and lifestyle modifications

· Counsel Panchakarma patients before, during, and after therapy

Preventive & Wellness Care

· Educate patients on preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyle practices

· Guide patients on diet, stress management, and long-term wellness

Administrative & Office Tasks

· Maintain patient case papers and medical records

· Handle appointment scheduling, OPD coordination, and follow-ups

· Support billing, documentation, and inventory records

· Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth daily operations

Specializations & Clinical Exposure

· Treatment of digestive disorders, stress-related issues, and skin conditions

· Panchakarma patient counseling and therapy assistance

· Exposure to wellness center / clinic-based practice

Eligibility Criteria

· Qualification: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)

· Experience:

o Entry-level: Minimum 1 year experience preferred

o Experienced candidates with specialization are welcome

· Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English)

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, clinic software preferred)

· Professional, patient-friendly, and organized approach

Salary Range

· ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month

· Salary will be based on experience and interview performance
