Vedantikala Sattva Retreat is evolving into a Conscious Living & Healing Sanctuary, rooted in Sanatana Dharma, authentic Ayurveda, sattvic nourishment, and nature-based healing. As part of this journey, we invite a dedicated and aligned Ayurveda Doctor to join our wellness team.

Ayurveda Doctor (BAMS / BNYS)

Vedantikala Sattva Retreat, Chikkamagaluru (Residential / On-site)

Role Overview

The doctor will be responsible for guiding guests through authentic Ayurvedic healing experiences, consultations, and wellness programs that emphasise balance, rhythm, and long-term wellbeing rather than symptomatic treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed Ayurvedic consultations (Prakriti & Vikriti analysis)
• Prescribe and supervise Ayurveda therapies and wellness protocols
• Design and monitor personalised wellness and rejuvenation programs
• Guide Panchakarma and classical Ayurveda treatments (as applicable)
• Work closely with therapists to ensure treatment authenticity and safety
• Educate guests on lifestyle, diet, and seasonal routines (Dinacharya & Ritucharya)
• Maintain basic medical records and wellness documentation
• Uphold the spiritual, sattvic, and ethical standards of Vedantikala

Eligibility

• Degree in BAMS or BNYS (mandatory)
• Valid registration with respective medical council
• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical or wellness-centre experience preferred
• Strong grounding in classical Ayurveda principles
• Calm, compassionate, and guest-centric approach
• Alignment with sattvic living, discipline, and conscious lifestyle
