Job Summary

We are hiring qualified BAMS Doctors to conduct telephonic and video consultations for patients with liver-related lifestyle conditions such as fatty liver, digestion issues, alcohol-related stress, and metabolic concerns.

The role is non-clinical, consultative, and protocol-driven, focused on patient education, counselling, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Ayurvedic consultations via phone or video for liver health programs

Understand patient history, lifestyle, diet, and reports (SGOT/SGPT, ultrasound, etc.)

Guide patients on:

Supplement usage (as per Meadbery protocols)

Diet and lifestyle modifications

Alcohol moderation & recovery guidance

Ensure high-quality consultation experience and patient satisfaction

Maintain accurate consultation notes and follow-up records in CRM

Coordinate with:

Dietitians

Sales & Care teams

Participate in internal training, audits, and process improvements

Follow ethical, compliant, and non-misleading communication standards

ligibility & Requirements

BAMS degree (mandatory)

Freshers or experienced doctors can apply

Strong communication skills (Hindi & English; Hinglish preferred)

Comfortable with tele-consultation & digital systems

Interest in lifestyle medicine, liver health, and preventive care

Empathetic, patient-centric approach

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in liver, digestion, or metabolic health

Exposure to telemedicine or wellness consultations

Basic understanding of lab reports

Willingness to work in a fast-paced D2C healthcare setup
