Role Summary
Nirvasa is seeking qualified BAMS Doctors to provide Ayurvedic teleconsultation services to patients through voice/video calls and chat-based platforms. The role involves accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education while maintaining high standards of clinical care and ethical practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeleconsultation & Patient Care
- Conduct online consultations via video, audio, or chat as per company protocols.
- Assess patient medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle to provide accurate Ayurvedic diagnosis.
- Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines, diet plans, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Provide follow-up consultations and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare and holistic wellness.
Clinical Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain detailed and accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
- Ensure compliance with telemedicine guidelines, medical ethics, and company SOPs.
- Adhere to consultation timelines and quality standards.
Collaboration & Quality Improvement
- Coordinate with internal medical, operations, and customer support teams.
- Participate in clinical discussions, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Ayurveda and telemedicine practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong clinical knowledge of Ayurveda principles and treatments.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
- Ability to build patient trust in a virtual consultation environment.
- Comfortable using telemedicine platforms, EMR systems, and digital tools.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and ethical approach to healthcare.
- Good time management and consultation handling skills.
Education & Experience
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) – Mandatory.
- Valid state medical council registration.
- 0–5 years of clinical experience (teleconsultation experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
