We are seeking a
Bancassurance Supervisor
who will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of advisors in offering insurance products to bank clients. The role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring high-quality client advisory, and building long-lasting customer relationships while achieving business targets.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and monitor a team of financial advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Recommend and oversee the sale of insurance products (life insurance) to bank clients based on their needs and financial goals.

Ensure proper client acquisition through walk-ins, referrals, data mining, and other channels.

Review and guide the team in conducting thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable financial and insurance solutions.

Monitor client follow-ups to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.

Coordinate with Branch Managers and provide daily updates on team performance, sales activities, and pipeline status.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Oversee documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of client requirements.

Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.

Manage policy renewals and ensure continuous client coverage aligned with their evolving needs.

Analyze team performance and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the insurance field (Bancassurance experience is a plus).

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
