The Bank Representative is responsible for managing and completing all banking transactions on behalf of the company. This role ensures efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in handling financial operations, maintaining strong communication with bank branches, and supporting the company’s financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Conduct daily visits to bank branches to complete company-related transactions.
  2. Manage the collection, submission, and retrieval of banking documents such as checkbooks, debit cards, guarantees, and account statements.
  3. Follow up on bank transfers, account issues, and transaction delays, ensuring timely resolution.
  4. Coordinate directly with bank officers to facilitate approvals, requests, and financial procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all completed banking transactions and submit daily/weekly reports to the finance department.
  6. Ensure strict confidentiality and secure handling of all financial documents and company information.
  7. Monitor compliance with bank requirements and keep the company informed about any updates or necessary actions.
  8. Assist in preparing documents required for loans, guarantees, corporate services, and other financial products.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and corporate account requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks promptly.
