As a bank teller at our leading bank in Medina, Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining the efficiency of our branch. Responsibilities

• Conducting financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently
• Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about bank products and services
• Promoting bank products and services to customers
• Balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies
• Maintaining knowledge of bank policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and security procedures
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the branch

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a bank teller or in a similar customer service role
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Valid biometric passport
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• Attention to detail and strong math skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
• Customer service orientation
