Bank Teller

Provide exceptional customer service , possess enthusiastic and positive attitude

Answer telephones and assists customers with inquiries or transfers calls to appropriate department

Conducting appropriate transactions, handling routine customer inquiries and problems. Receive deposits to checking and savings accounts following USB protocol.

Cash checks and process withdrawals from accounts following USB protocol.

Receive loan and other payments, verify payment amount, and issue customer receipts.

Count and package currency and coins.

Identify counterfeit currency.

Encode and scan work into system daily.

Balance cash drawer daily and report any discrepancy to supervisor. Aid in reconciling errors or discrepancies.

Buy and sell currency from the vault as necessary to maintain cash limits.

Ensure the teller station is properly stocked with forms, supplies, etc.

Service and replenish supplies in ATM/ITM machines, vaults, night drop, and lobby as assigned.

Check night depository, log contents, and/or process transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
