Bank Teller

Hibernia Bank is a full-service community bank serving the New Orleans area since 1886, offering a broad range of financial services to meet the needs of our customers. Our vision is to serve our customers' financial needs and help them succeed financially.

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team at our Metairie Road branch location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling routine banking transactions, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong communication skills, solid customer service and cash handling skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

* Must be able to work at any of our branch locations in Orleans / Jefferson Parish as may be required, Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of retail banking experience strongly preferred
• 3+ years of retail / customer service experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Reliable attendance
• Must be able to work at any of our branch locations in Orleans/Jefferson Parish, including Saturdays as may be needed
• High school degree
