Bank Teller

To provide exceptional customer service by processing customer transactions in a courteous and professional manner and have the ability to complete those transactions accurately and efficiently. This role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking services, as well as maintaining a thorough understanding of the bank’s products and services to assist customers in meeting their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawers, ensuring proper debits and credits.
• Promote financial products and services to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
• Monitor for signs of fraud and adhere to security protocols to protect customer information.

Qualifications

• Strong basic math skills and cash handling experience
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Familiarity with financial software and cash management
• Experience in financial sales and customer relationship management
• Ability to detect and prevent fraud
