```Duties:```
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Process loan applications and assist with loan origination
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Upsell bank products and services to customers
- Collaborate with other bank departments to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures

```Qualifications:```
- Strong cash management skills and experience in cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate transaction processing
- Familiarity with loan origination and loan processing procedures
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
