Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bank Teller role based in Ellisville, MO. The Bank Teller will be responsible for performing day-to-day banking transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments. The role includes providing friendly and professional customer service, accurately handling cash, and adhering to bank policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include promoting bank products and services to meet customer needs, maintaining safety and confidentiality, and assisting with general banking inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Teller Operations and experience with processing Deposits
• Strong Cash Handling skills and attention to numerical accuracy
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills focused on building positive client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software or systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in banking or retail is preferred
